The Division Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting maintenance functions across multiple manufacturing plants. This role ensures the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all facilities infrastructure and equipment while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Division Engineer provides strategic direction, technical expertise, project administration, and leadership to plant maintenance teams to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
