Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting across games, equipment, and facility systems.

• Clear communication with staff, vendors, and contractors required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular venue inspections and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games, equipment, and HVAC/plumbing.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized work.
• Oversee janitorial staff and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Maintain landscaping and exterior appearance to welcome guests.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to support operations.
• Performs other related duties as necessary.
