Northrop Grumman is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager 1 in Iuka, Mississippi, for a 1st shift, 12-hour schedule (Fri/Sat/Sun). The role leads maintenance across compressors, HVAC and building infrastructure, with responsibility for safety, reliability, and continuous improvement using TPM and lean principles.
You will manage shift coverage, budgets, spare parts, and the equipment lifecycle, while mentoring technicians and reporting performance metrics.

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Manager 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Facilities and Maintenance organization. This leadership opportunity is located in Iuka Mississippi.
This is a 1'st Shift 12 hours - Fri. Sat. Sun (United States of America)
As part of the factory team, you will provide reviews as to the status of maintenance and reliability issues in the factory and be accountable for the scope and schedule of each area of activity. Your focus will include understanding Maximo (asset management system) to assure proper work control on preventative maintenance, emergency repair, and equipment modifications. Your focus will also include a sound understanding and participative control of the demand, warehousing, and use of spare parts inventory. This position has considerable latitude for independent action and decision making. You will support our current facility and allow it to grow to the next level of operations and production. You will prepare presentations and reports detailing the equipment operational availability & equipment effectiveness.
Responsibilities include oversight and management for the entire facility, compressors, vacuum systems, HVAC systems, building infrastructure, and manufacturing equipment. Other key responsibilities:
