As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, your role will include overseeing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations. Your responsibilities will involve evaluating projects, examining facility needs, optimizing equipment for efficiency, managing energy reduction strategies, ensuring system functionality, developing standard operating procedures, and establishing maintenance inspection and preventive programs.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $180,000
• Compensation packages are based on factors such as skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other relevant criteria.
• Eligible for bonus incentives.

• Manage sustainability initiatives for EPA compliance
• Lead complex projects, supervise work, and ensure completion
