As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance operations. You will evaluate current and future projects, examine facility needs, identify equipment to increase efficiency, develop standard operating procedures, and establish maintenance inspection and preventive programs.
