Job summary

Arvato is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance & Logistics Engineering Manager to lead maintenance while driving engineering initiatives at the Louisville, KY facility. You will collaborate with Operations, IT, and Safety to ensure peak performance and cost-effective operations.

The role focuses on maintenance leadership, logistics engineering, automation, and continuous improvement to maximize equipment utilization and support scalable supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in facilities/engineering management or similar.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Background in distribution, warehousing, or logistics ops.
• Experience with conveyors, automation, robotics, WCS, PLC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and CMMS.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities maintenance and project execution for the site.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and building upkeep; manage vendors.
