Arvato, a global 3PL, seeks an Operations Manager in Louisville, KY to oversee reverse logistics and value-added services, including returns processing, inspection, refurbishment, kitting, and SKU transformation.

You will lead supervisors, drive KPI performance, ensure safety and quality, partner with customers and site leadership, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet service levels and cost goals.

Competenze

5+ years of operations leadership experience in a 3PL, warehouse, or reverse logistics environment.
Experience leading teams in a multi-client setting.
Strong KPI management, continuous improvement, and inventory control knowledge.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems and workforce management tools.

Mansioni

Lead daily reverse logistics operations including returns processing and inspections.
Oversee kitting, bundling, relabeling, and SKU transformation programs.
Hire, train, coach and develop supervisors and warehouse staff.
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
Coordinate with customers, site leadership, and support teams on SLAs and schedules.
Monitor labor utilization with UKG and other tools; report KPI performance.
