Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a facilities and maintenance leader to oversee plant operations, equipment reliability, and safety compliance. You will manage HVAC, electrical, and PL C systems, lead planning and contractor oversight, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or related field, plus several years of leadership experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering/manufacturing or related discipline.
Minimum three years' experience across manufacturing disciplines (injection molding preferred).
Four years of leadership/supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and coaching abilities with all levels.
Strong computer skills with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops long and short-range plans aligning manufacturing, maintenance, and facilities with core value strategies using lean principles.
Establishes and manages a reliability framework including CMMS optimization and spare parts strategy.
Leads reliability strategy across injection molding presses and related systems to meet MTBF/MTTR targets.
Develops improved methods, layouts, and processes to maintain competitiveness of the manufacturing area.
Oversees preventive maintenance routines and coordinates operator responsibilities with operations.
Maintains the maintenance software system for work orders, scheduling, and metrics.
