Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at our West Chicago site to oversee the Technology center (DTC) facilities and maintenance operations. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, managing contractors, budgeting, and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/electrical engineering degree, 3+ years in facilities management, and CMMS experience. Responsibilities cover inspections, vendor relations, and capital upgrades to keep the facility in top

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in maintenance & facilities management.
• CMMS proficiency with Fiix or Prism.
• Vendor and contract management experience.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance and facilities team at the West Chicago site.
• Manage facilities contractors to ensure safe, timely work.
• Support budgeting and monitor facility costs.
• Oversee security, safety, and compliance with OSHA/ADA.
• Coordinate annual inspections and maintenance per manufacturer guidance.
• Develop capital upgrade recommendations and manage capital projects.
• Ensure efficient operation of the property and supplier management.
