Job summary

Magna Cosma International is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with leadership responsibilities to maintain and upgrade facility systems, including HVAC units and supporting equipment. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to meet performance targets, applying root-cause analysis, and guiding contractors while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

Maintain all facility equipment including compressors, chillers, HVAC units, exhaust & supply fans.
Lead and report departmental progress to achieve goals and supervise daily operations.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, HR and material control to meet targets.
Apply root cause analysis to safety, quality, timing, and cost issues; enforce MSSC and Magna policies.
Participate in APQP and new project support; monitor KPI results for continuous improvement.
Ensure safe and compliant operation of equipment; supervise contractors and maintain data accuracy.
