Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years Industrial Electrician experience.
• Minimum 5 years Facilities/Building Maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge and building codes familiarity.
• NFPA 70E, ICM technical training referenced in role description.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all facility equipment including HVAC systems and related infrastructure.
• Lead Facilities Team, report to Facilities Supervisor, drive department progress toward targets.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, HR and production support groups to meet KPI goals.
• Overssee preventative maintenance and scheduling with maintenance tech group and planning.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct within the department.
• Participate in department meetings and open-door resolution for employee relations.
