Job summary

Martis Camp Club & Community Association in Truckee, CA seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance department, ensure safe, efficient operation of all facilities, systems, and equipment, and support club operations and member experience.

You will manage asset inventories, preventive maintenance, capital projects, and vendor contracts; recruit and develop maintenance staff; oversee safety, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and event support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical and management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as CFM/FMP preferred or achievable.
• Experience leading a maintenance department and coordinating capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Maintenance Department to ensure safe, efficient operation of all facilities and infrastructure.
• Oversee work order management, preventive maintenance, and capital projects.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance-related initiatives.
• Develop maintenance staffing, coach employees, and manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and workplace regulations.
• Prepare and monitor department budgets and financial reporting.
