Qualifications

• Good technical and mechanical skills.
• Experience in light carpentry and plumbing.
• Experience with maintaining HVAC systems preferred.
• Must be familiar with NFPA Life Safety Code rules.
• Availability for emergency calls during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment, grounds, and building.
• Complete requests for repairs and oversee day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and outdoor spaces.
• Ensure safety of sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, and exterior areas.
• Monitor building systems including fire alarms and sprinklers.
