Chick-fil-A Palm Coast & Seminole Woods seeks a dependable Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, repair, and preventative care at two restaurant locations. You’ll work with the Facilities Director on day-to-day fixes, larger projects, and ongoing equipment upkeep.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, basic technical knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills, with long-term career growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in facilities or related fields.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot facility issues.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
• Willingness to learn Chick-fil-A facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair facility and equipment issues.
• Perform general electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and building repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance across two locations.
• Assist with installations, improvements, and maintenance projects.
• Maintain tools, parts, and work areas.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs outside normal hours.
