Ross Stores, Inc. in Dublin, CA is seeking a seasoned Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance functions in a large distribution center. You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires 8–10 years of maintenance experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, and strong CMMS, mechanical and electrical skills. You will lead technicians, review schematics, and drive cost-effective maintenance operations.

Competenze

• 8–10 years of maintenance experience in a large distribution center or manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a large distribution center and/or manufacturing environment.
• Technically proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to review and critique schematic diagrams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CMMS.
• Knowledge of 5-S practices preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
• Awareness of state/local regulations and code requirements.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written).
• Strong organizational and PC skills (Excel and Word).

Mansioni

• Oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment and facility systems.
• Enforce preventive maintenance schedules and respond to critical downtime in the distribution center.
• Train and develop maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for construction projects and ensure safety standards are met.
• Oversee inventory of maintenance spare parts and supplies.
• Ensure contractual compliance across landscape, pest control, waste management, and related services.
• Maintain safety partnerships and uphold safety issues on the property.
