Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities in the distribution centers and warehouses.

You will manage preventive maintenance, oversee equipment downtime, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, safe, and compliant work across the facility. The role requires leadership, strong planning, and coaching skills to develop a high-performing maintenance team while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced retail

Competenze

• Strong supervisory experience in facilities maintenance.
• Proficient use of CMMS for maintenance scheduling and tracking.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
