Job summary

Wildhorsepass is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan, direct, and oversee maintenance operations across all facilities. This role leads safety programs, budgets, and teams to ensure reliable building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

The position partners with the Director of Facilities to drive preventive maintenance, vendor management, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulations and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and directing facilities operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance supervisors and staff to ensure safety and reliability.
• Direct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee building systems, equipment, and asset lifecycles.
• Prepare reports and drive continuous improvement in operations.
