Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience reading and interpreting diagnostic tools and blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials from the warehouse and dock.
• Organize and prioritize projects as requested.
• Prepare take-offs and estimates for projects.
• Oversee work performed by facilities technicians and engineers.
• Advise management on work orders and project status.
• Maintain safety and accident prevention.
• Respond to hotel emergency calls and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure clean and safe work areas and proper materials.
