Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair equipment and to assist in daily operations and activities as directed by management. The role includes hands-on diagnostics and support across mechanical systems in a dynamic entertainment environment.

The ideal candidate will be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED, able to read blueprints, and capable of working varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21 years or older required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all equipment related to boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and all equipment related to operations.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair ride systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic problems on ride systems and auxiliary equipment.
• Complete work orders.
• Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs.
