Job summary

You will manage building maintenance, coordinate projects, supervise third-party providers, and partner with Transportation and Warehouse managers to meet department needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and budget realization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus minimum 2 years experience in warehouse equipment and refrigeration maintenance.
• 4-year degree in business management or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage building maintenance.
• Follow-up on warranty issues and lease issues through distribution services and the manufacturers.
• Oversee and coordinate all building maintenance projects, upgrades, new construction, repairs, additions, security-related matters, and all equipment monitoring and control.
• Manage the day to day performance of third-party contract maintenance providers for both transportation and warehouse equipment and for building maintenance.
• Work closely with the Transportation and Warehouse Managers to ensure their departmental needs are met.
• Responsible for the profit and loss budget, including maintenance, parts purchases, and renovations as applicable.
• Manage all personnel in the maintenance department including hiring, handling personnel issues, reviewing performance, conducting training and coaching sessions, and termination if necessary as applicable.
• Manage regulatory compliance for distribution center.
