Job summary

Eastbrook Healthcare Center in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to oversee the facility's maintenance operations, lead a team, and ensure the safety and reliability of systems and equipment. You will develop schedules, oversee preventive maintenance, monitor budgets, and coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to minimize downtime and disruption.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and work orders.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and prioritization.
• Effective communication across departments.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to complete work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and inspection routines.
• Oversee upkeep and reliability of facility systems, equipment, tools.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Monitor budgets, parts inventory, and vendor service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors for safe, timely work.
• Maintain records related to repairs, inspections, compliance, and equipment performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify efficiency improvements and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff.
