Job summary

Associa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations for our building and property portfolio. You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate with contractors, and oversee preventive/reactive maintenance programs to ensure safety, reliability, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on experience with trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and ongoing maintenance training.
• HVAC certification or trade licenses may be required depending on property needs.
• Proficient with Building Link and MS Office; able to read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of buildings and property; ensure safety and upkeep.
• Supervise maintenance staff; assign work orders and schedule tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors for repairs, renovations, and special projects.
