Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all property maintenance, respond to service requests promptly, and manage staff and contractors. You will help keep common areas pristine, maintain pools, and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the Property Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on repair skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and a commitment to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of property including common areas, pools, and units.
• Schedule turns and manage vendor interactions.
• Train staff and ensure safety and EPA compliance.
