Job summary

Salvation Army A Georgia Corp in El Paso, TX is seeking a Facilities Maintenance lead who plans, schedules, and performs day-to-day maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

The role supervises Maintenance Technician I and II, trains staff, coordinates inspections, and ensures safety standards, with on-call security, vehicle maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years coursework in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction trades.
• Two years progressively responsible experience in skilled maintenance.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign, and perform preventive maintenance of facilities.
• Oversee plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks.
• Maintain and repair lighting, HVAC, and related systems; keep records.
• Ensure facility security and on-call coverage; coordinate with vendors.
