Job summary

Sereno Canyon, located in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a full-time Maintenance Manager to lead the care, operation, and maintenance of the facility and grounds. You will supervise technicians and maintenance staff, manage contracts, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

As part of Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, you will coordinate preventive maintenance, oversee HVAC and electrical systems, and drive guest satisfaction through reliable service.

Qualifications

• Analytical problem solving and strong initiative to identify and resolve issues.
• Previous supervisory experience leading maintenance teams is required.
• Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs repairs and maintenance to the facility and grounds.
• Manages contracts and contracted services for maintenance and grounds.
• Oversees operation of mechanical and power equipment used in maintenance.
• Coordinates exterior cleaning and maintenance per company standards.
• Implements policies for the Building Maintenance Department and ensures quality.
