Qualifications

• Education: less than high school or equivalent; or up to one month related experience or training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand manuals and basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across facilities, grounds, and related areas.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness and appearance, including trash, walkways, and outdoor furniture.
• Ensure tennis courts and swimming pool are well maintained.
• Clean and maintain interior areas; empty trash, sweep, vacuum, dust, arrange furniture.
• Identify and report supply needs to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required.
