Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to keep lanes, attractions, kitchen equipment, and building systems running smoothly. You will lead daily repairs, oversee preventive maintenance, and manage vendors while ensuring safety and uptime.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a maintenance team, budgeting, and guest-focused service, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center operating at peak times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
• Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to prevent failures.
• Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues quickly and accurately.
• Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
• Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices and technical skills.
• Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
