Job summary

B&H Photo Video in New Jersey is seeking a Maintenance Manager responsible for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and housekeeping upkeep across two warehouses. You will lead by example with a hands-on approach and develop internal talent to support succession planning.

You will implement preventive maintenance, respond to plant failures, and drive corrective actions while leveraging the CMMS to manage work tickets and inventory.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma
• 5+ years in a maintenance leadership role within industrial or fulfillment center environments
• Experience hiring and developing a team

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and housekeeping upkeep across two warehouses
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and optimize system reliability
• Respond to plant failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Utilize CMMS to manage work tickets and monitor performance
• Manage housekeeping team and inventory of materials and equipment
• Partner with Central Purchasing for parts procurement with cost justifications
• Hire, train, and develop staff to build internal talent pipeline
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure regulatory compliance
