Job summary

Metz Environmental Services is hiring a Maintenance/Custodial Lead to support our Bethlehem facilities. The role covers daily building rounds, HVAC filter changes, minor drywall touch-ups, landscaping, safety drills, and generator testing.

Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Applicable experience in maintenance or custodial work.

Responsibilities

• Daily internal & external building rounds and inspections.
• Changing HVAC filters.
• Touch up painting and minor drywall repair.
• General landscaping.
• Assist in running fire drills and other safety procedures.
• Running and testing generators.
• Inspect building equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
• Identify and fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Complete work orders assigned by the department manager.
• Other department tasks as assigned.
