Job summary

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and two years of vocational study in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction trades, plus two years of hands-on maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus two years of vocational study in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and construction trades.
• Two years of progressively responsible maintenance and repair experience in commercial buildings.
• Valid State Driver's License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Technician I/II and train staff; monitor progress for accuracy and safety.
• Plan, schedule, assign and perform ongoing interior and structural maintenance including plumbing and carpentry.
• Maintain grounds, fixtures, and decor; perform painting and related tasks.
• Inspect, test, and adjust mechanical systems; document heating, cooling, piping, and electrical records.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance with vendors; supervise light repairs and equipment upkeep.
• Communicate project status to supervisors and pursue learning opportunities in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
