Job summary

Deckers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled maintenance and repair across buildings, conveyors, electrical systems, and heavy industrial equipment, including AC/DC controls and PLCs up to 480V. This role includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor project management.

You will train lower-grade staff, develop productive relationships, and use CMMS data to monitor performance, while ensuring safety and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; 6–8 years industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with conveyors, controls, and operating systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with high/low voltage and AC/DC motors

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on conveyors and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair controls, PLCs, and electrical systems
• Document work orders, labor, parts, and inventory
• Follow safety procedures and lockout-tagout protocols
• Lead small projects and train lower-grade technicians
