Job summary

Deckers Outdoor Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance, modification, and repair in a heavy industrial setting. The role covers conveyors, electrical systems, AC/DC controls, and PLC controlled equipment, up to 480 volts.

You will manage minor projects, provide training, and develop productive relationships with peers and supervisors while adhering to safety policies and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with conveyors, controls, and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance on conveyors and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document labor, parts, and inventory in work orders.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
• Maintain pass down logs communicating operational status.
