Job summary

Cadrex Ponca City is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building and equipment maintenance across plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and more. You will manage schedules, safety practices, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable operations at our Oklahoma facility.

The role requires 6+ years of related experience and proven supervisory skills in a manufacturing setting. Onsite work with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency is expected, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in maintenance.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work product while minimizing overtime and call-in hours.
• Develops, implements, and maintains a preventative maintenance schedule program and maintains records on work performed.
• Arranges for and manages third-party contractor support as needed.
• Investigates and researches new machinery and/or equipment and makes recommendations for purchases.
• Manages local transportation of products to customers and suppliers.
• Conducts forklift certification and license training for staff.
• Oversees building cleaning and janitorial duties for staff.
• Enforces safety and housekeeping practices.
• Evaluates problematic systems or facilities and determines required installation or repair services.
