Job summary

Responsibilities include repairs, preventative tasks, work-order management, on-call support, and ensuring compliance with safety and Fair Housing laws; HVAC certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance duties per supervisor and keep high customer service and curb appeal.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Carpentry tasks: wallboard repair, countertops, finish carpentry, window/door repairs, tile work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance: siding, painting, lighting, sprinklers, pool, elevator.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to residents’ satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness; identify issues.
• Assist with property emergencies and after-hours maintenance; follow response times.
• Prioritize safety and risk management per regulations.
• Interact professionally with residents and foster positive relationships with other properties and agencies.
