Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to oversee architectural maintenance, renovations, and capital projects within our hospital network. You will coordinate with architects, contractors, and department leaders to ensure projects meet safety, budget, and schedule requirements while maintaining patient care continuity.

This role requires at least five years in related fields, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Construction Technology.
• Three (3) years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of High School education.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in architectural maintenance, facilities management, construction project management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Healthcare facilities experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospital renovation and construction projects from planning through completion.
• Collaborate with department leaders, contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Assist with facility maintenance planning and capital improvement initiatives.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.

Pay Range

$30.00 - $40.02

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
