Job summary

Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center seeks a Maintenance and Materials Technician to perform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and verification of building systems in a healthcare setting. You will oversee contractors under the Director of Facilities, manage inventory, and handle courier duties as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining BAS/DDC controls, documenting activities in CMMS, issuing assets, and supporting energy/star accreditation efforts.

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time related experience in facility/property maintenance or construction trade.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license, use of personal vehicle, proof of current automobile insurance and provide a motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine inspections, maintenance, repairs and performance verification of equipment and building systems.
• Occasionally coordinates activities of contractors and maintains CMMS records.
• Maintains inventory, issues supplies, and provides courier and janitorial support as needed.
• Ensures safety of staff and visitors through proper maintenance of walkways and parking areas.
