Job summary

TEC Leasing Inc. is seeking a Facilities Intern to help maintain the facility indoors and outdoors, including cleaning, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and landscaping tasks as needed. The role reports to the facilities team and involves supporting day-to-day upkeep across multiple sites.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work well in a team. The role is hourly and includes full-time status with standard benefits where offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of hazardous risks with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong work ethics and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist facility staff with projects across locations.
• Clean and maintain common areas (break rooms, restrooms, stores, warehouse).
• Maintain and perform routine inspections.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments as instructed.
• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
