Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least one year in building repair, maintenance or housekeeping.
  • Background check may be required under Tribe policies; drug-free workplace policy applies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing offices.
  • Maintain building surfaces, carpets, and grounds; assist with mowing and snow removal.
  • Carry out routine inspections and basic repairs in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.
  • Inspect safety equipment and alarms; manage supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Adhere to safety policies, attend required trainings, and protect confidentiality.
  • Work with minimal supervision and be flexible for weekend needs.
