Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a facilities maintenance team member in Washington state. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing patient care areas, maintaining the building, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for staff and patients.

You will perform routine maintenance, inspect safety systems, and coordinate with vendors, contributing to the clinic network's reliability and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; education may be substituted.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Annual TB testing required.
• Work is performed indoors and outdoors with exposure to cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient care areas, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash, replenish supplies, maintain storage areas and inventory.
• Perform routine building maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical).
• Inspect lighting, ventilation, smoke alarms, exit signs and safety features; report concerns.
• Maintain outdoor grounds; coordinate service with approved vendors.
• Follow infection control and workplace safety procedures.
