Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 1 year maintenance or handyperson experience.
• Must be organized, customer service oriented and safety conscious.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, follow them precisely and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize mechanical areas and other work areas.
• Assemble and move furniture and equipment.
• Assist with renovations and with skilled tradespeople on various projects.
• Perform maintenance, minor carpentry and light repairs.
• Handyperson duties such as hanging pictures and shelving.
