Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation (OMRF) is seeking a Facilities Assistant to support Facility Services and Scientific Instruments Services. The role involves cleaning, moving furniture, assisting with renovations, and performing light maintenance.

Ideal candidates are organized, safety‑conscious, and customer service oriented, with the ability to work well in a team and follow instructions precisely. Typical hours are Monday–Friday with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be super organized, customer service oriented and safety conscious.
• Ability to read, understand documents, follow instructions, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize mechanical areas and work areas.
• Assemble and move furniture and equipment.
• Assist with renovations and support skilled tradespeople.
• Perform light maintenance, carpentry and minor repairs.
