Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Groundskeeping Technician to maintain buildings, grounds and equipment. The role covers janitorial duties, lawn care, and general repairs to ensure a clean, safe work environment for employees and visitors.

Applicants with a high school diploma or GED are preferred, with prior janitorial or groundskeeping experience advantageous. The job involves indoor/outdoor work in varying weather and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock restrooms, kitchen, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces.
• Mow grass, trim shrubs, remove weeds, and maintain landscaped areas.
• Pick up litter, debris from parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor areas.
• Assist with seasonal groundskeeping activities, including leaf removal and storm cleanup.
• Operate lawn care and grounds maintenance equipment safely.
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door hardware, and other building components.
• Support preventative maintenance programs for facility infrastructure.

Job Summary
