Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance & Groundskeeping Technician to keep buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, safe, and functional. You will perform janitorial tasks, yard care, landscaping, and general facility repairs to maintain a professional environment for employees, customers, and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, maintenance, or related field preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform work at heights when required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Restock restrooms, kitchen, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, and other facility surfaces.
• Mow grass, trim shrubs, remove weeds, and maintain landscaped areas.
• Pick up litter, debris from parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor areas.
• Assist with seasonal groundskeeping activities, including leaf removal and storm cleanup.
• Operate lawn care and grounds maintenance equipment safely.
• Conduct minor repairs including painting, carpentry, etc.
• Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door hardware, and other building components.
• Support preventative maintenance programs for facility infrastructure

Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance & Groundskeeping Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality of company buildings, grounds, and equipment.
