Serrato Corporation is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and landscaping duties on Center grounds and surrounding areas. You will follow DOL, PRH, Center and Serrato policies, supervise students, and ensure equipment is maintained, safe, and in operable condition.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license are required with 3–6 months of related experience preferred.

Formación

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Performs skilled or unskilled maintenance tasks in plumbing, heating, carpentry, painting and minor construction.
• Paints interiors or exteriors of Center buildings or surfaces.
• Supervises and assigns students to work detail; keeps classrooms and halls clean and maintained.
• Ensures grounds are well maintained and equipment is clean and operable.
• Follows safety practices and maintains records as directed.
