Job summary

Indian Health Service in the United States is seeking a Laborer to perform a variety of maintenance and custodial tasks within Regional Treatment Centers' Maintenance Department. You will handle cleaning, minor renovations, lawn care, and related duties to support clinic and housing areas.

This role requires ability to follow work orders, operate basic cleaning and grounds equipment, and ensure safe, clean facilities.

Qualifications

• General work experience in building maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Ability to follow written work orders and basic safety rules.
• Experience with cleaning equipment and grounds tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance tasks such as replacing ceiling tiles, hanging pictures, moving furniture and equipment, emptying trash, washing windows, and cleaning surfaces.
• Performs grounds maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
• Hauls materials to various locations and cleans multiple facilities.
• Operates cleaning equipment and reports any problems.
