Job summary

Provision Living, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Manager in keeping the building and grounds in excellent condition. You will assist with preventive maintenance, grounds care, and interior upkeep to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

The role includes prepping apartments for move-ins, performing basic repairs, and ensuring fire safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Follow the preventative maintenance program for facility and equipment.
• Assist with grounds maintenance and outdoor repairs.
• Maintain interiors: cleaning, carpet/floor care, and window cleaning.
• Oversee repair of facility equipment to ensure proper function.
• Prepare/refurbish apartments for move-ins: painting, flooring, ceiling fans.
• Audit fire safety records and maintain compliance with MSDS and regs.
• Inspect apartments for hazards under supervision.
• Schedule/perform preventive maintenance and keep QA records.
• Transport residents in company vehicles as scheduled.
• Other duties may be assigned.
