Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle, tractor, and office machines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of buildings, furnishings, equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (bulbs, tiles, HVAC filters).
• Maintain proper lighting inside and outside buildings.
• Schedule, maintain, clean, and fuel college vehicles as needed.
• Maintain campus grounds (litter pickup, mowing, trimming, pruning).
• Maintain equipment and move/store supplies.
• Set up equipment, tables, chairs for events.
• Transport materials between buildings and campuses.
• Eliminate hazards to students, employees and visitors.
