Responsibilities

• Install and repair hardware such as locks, hinges, faucets and handles.
• Paint, tile, repair doors/windows and replace glass.
• Ensure safety of ladders, scaffolding and tools; follow safe procedures.
• Assist with setup and takedown for meetings and events.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Occasionally substitute for security guard on weekends.
• Work overtime and be on call for emergencies.
• Make routine security rounds inside and around campus.
