Job summary

Smith's Food and Drug Centers is seeking a general maintenance technician to provide maintenance, repair and support to assigned service calls. As part of the Kroger family, we serve stores across Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Idaho and Wyoming.

You will troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment, read engineering drawings and manuals, and perform preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' proven electrical/mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to use manufacturer interface software.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance, repair and support to assigned service calls.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair equipment.
• Perform various preventive maintenance tasks and procedures to building and equipment.
