Motion Recruitment Partners LLC client in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Facilities Maintenance Engineer for a 6-month contract to audit, optimize, and expand the Preventative Maintenance program, bridging field maintenance and data systems. You will develop detailed PM procedures for HVAC, exhaust, plant utilities, and high-purity water systems, with LOTO, JHA, and PPE integration and GDP-compliant documentation.

Requires a BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities Engineering, 5+ years in regulated

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in facilities/reliability/maintenance in regulated industries.
• Proficiency with CMMS (SAP) and strong technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Audit asset and work order data in CMMS to identify gaps.
• Develop and standardize PM procedures for HVAC, exhaust, plant utilities, and high-purity systems.
• Incorporate safety requirements (LOTO, JHAs, PPE) and GDP in all procedures.
• Ensure procedures comply with regulatory and GxP standards.
